Shopping Cruelty-Free 101

Are you interested in learning more about the animal testing issue and how to be a compassionate consumer, or in trying new skin care or makeup products? If so, this informative presentation/discussion on Saturday, May 26 at 1:00 p.m. at Ethique Nouveau, 317 W 48th St. in Minneapolis about animal testing and how to buy cruelty-free products is for you. The presentation will be followed by a fun opportunity to try new Arbonne products. Men, no need to be shy. You're more than welcome to participate in the discussion and try products from the men's line. All proceeds from this event will be donated to the Animal Rights Coalition.

Presenters: Stacy Doriott is passionate about the animal testing issue and has swapped out all her personal products for cruelty-free products. Andrea Bouzrara has been with Arbonne, a Leaping Bunny certified and botanically based company, since 2003. She is a regional vice president and professional makeup artist.

Local Hand-Printed Greeting Cards

Lovely new Nora Alice greeting cards just in. The cards are hand-printed linoleum block prints with painted accents - made completely by hand. This local artist even cuts, scores, and folds the paper herself. And she uses recycled, acid-free, and locally sourced paper for the cards. We have several of her Valentine's Day card designs in stock also.
